Leonard L. Lahman

February 20, 1937 - September 10, 2011

Leonard L. Lahman, 74, Fairview, died Saturday, September 10, 2011, at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, following a long illness. He was born February 20, 1937, in Stella, MO, to Lawrence and Lorene (Embrey) Lahman.
Mr. Lahman was a lifelong resident of Fairview, MO. He graduated from Fairview High School in 1955, and served in the U. S. Army. He drove for Friend Tire, in Monett, for 10 years and then became aself-employed truck driver. He was also a farmer, working with crops and cattle.
Leonard and Mary Ingle were married July 12, 1965, in Miami, OK; Mary survives. Additional survivors include his children and their spouses, Brenda and Gary Wyatt, Mt. Vernon, MO, Ricky Lahman, Wheaton, MO, Janie and Jack Elmore, Fairview, MO, Tina and Matt Ogle, Sarcoxie, MO, and Steven Lahman, Fairview; twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Leola Lindahl, Wichita, KS.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Leon Lahman.
