~Obituary was lovingly written by the family of Ashlee Lauren Nash~
Ashlee Lauren Nash, a lifelong resident of Springfield, Missouri, entered into rest on March 27, 2023, at the young age of 22. Ashlee was born on August 1, 2000, in Southfield, MI. She graduated from Parkview High School in 2019.
She loved all sports and excelled in all of the sports she participated in, with basketball and soccer being her top two favorites. Ashlee was a loving daughter and cherished her family, including the love of her life, her son "Lakken," and her best friend and twin sister, Allie. Family traditions and holiday celebrations were the highlights of her life, as she loved spending time with her family more than anything else. She kept her family always laughing with her quirky sayings, her infectious laugh, and her wild sense of humor.
Ashlee is survived by her son, Lakken; her parents, Ross and Kim Nash; twin sister, Allie Nash, all of Springfield; her brother, Austin Nash of Kansas City, MO; maternal grandmother, Connie Newdigger of Springfield, MO; paternal grandmother, Pearl Driskill of Republic, MO and uncle, Matt Newdigger and companion, Kay Hill of Scottsdale, AZ.
She is preceded in death by maternal grandfather Mel Newdigger and paternal grandfather Carl Driskill.
A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, April 6, 2023, from 6:00-7:30 pm at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO. Memorial contributions in honor of Ashlee may be made to Ross and Kim Nash for an Educational Fund for Lakken or https://gofund.me/9ecd2480 .
