Calvin Estes Francisco, was born on November 2, 1946, in Stella, Missouri, one of six children to the late Estes and Bonnie (Leach) Francisco.  He entered into rest on October 29, 2024, in Joplin, Missouri, at the age of 77.

Calvin was a lifelong area resident and graduate of Stella High School.  He attended college in Visalia, California.  Calvin worked at La-Z-Boy in Neosho for many years, working in the upholstery department, as a foreman and as an inspector.  He enjoyed the outdoors and was a avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed playing golf and bowling and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.

In 1966, at Moberly, Missouri, Calvin and Mary (Polly) were united in marriage and Mary survives.  In addition to his wife of 58 years, he is survived by two sons, Darrel Francisco and wife, Retha of Goodman and Curt Francisco and wife, Donna of Stella; nine grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and two sisters, Esther White and husband, Tom of Granby and Colleen Oxendine of Seneca.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Joan Stevenson and Gladys Garren and one brother, Bill Francisco.
