Chad Anderson Perkins, age 50, of Neosho, Missouri, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023, at Freeman Neosho Hospital. He was born on August 11, 1972, in Sulphar, Louisiana, to Garrel and Rita Faye Perkins. On November 21, 2021, Chad married Sabrina Mailes in Neosho, and she survives in the home. Chad worked as an over-the-road truck driver for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and training canines. Chad was a member of the Black Sheep Christian motorcycle association. In addition to his wife, Chad is survived by his stepdaughter Abbie Nielson, sister Keisha, and mother Rita Faye. He is preceded in death by his father. No services have been planned at this time.
