Florence Mae Alford was born on July 31, 1939, in Bentonville, Arkansas, one of three children to Earl and Georgina Elsie (Moore) Dillow.  She entered into rest on June 25, 2024, in Joplin, Missouri at the age of 84.  Florence graduated high school from Bell Glade, Florida.  She was a cake decorator for Wal-Mart before retiring and was very proud of her skill.  She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, baking and gardening and was of the Baptist Faith.  She married Delton Leroy Alford, Sr., who preceded her in death on December 28, 2014.  Florence is survived by three children, Delton Alford, Jr., Danny Alford and wife, Billie and Melissa Martin, all of Neosho; 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and two sisters, Phyllis Felkins of Gravette, Arkansas and Bonnie Ridley of Henderson, Louisiana.  In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Ann Alford.
