Frances Helen Butterfield passed away on April 20, 2025. She was born on December 9, 1938, in St. Elizabeth, Missouri, to John Anton Luetkemeyer and Rose Adeline Oligschlaeger.
Frances built a long and dedicated career at Wagner Electric, where she worked for 24 years in various roles. A lifelong learner and hard worker, she earned her bachelor's degree in communication and marketing from Maryville University while working full time.
She loved to travel and never passed up a good game of bingo. Her warmth, determination, and quiet strength were felt by all who knew her.
Frances is survived by her sons, Todd (Louise) Butterfield and Tim (Teresa) Butterfield, daughter-in-law Debbie Butterfield; grandchildren Kyla (Steven) Applegate, April (Brian) Woodruff, Tim (Hannah) Butterfield Jr., Quinn Roggenkamp, Marshall (Megan) Butterfield, Ashley (Kyle) Asbury, and Michael Butterfield; and great-grandchildren Charles, Henry, Annabelle, Emma, Charlotte, Hunter, Treyton, Talor, Addison, Carson, Corbon, Briella, Riley, and Leo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sons Greg Butterfield, Dean Butterfield and Blake Butterfield.
A memorial service will be held at St. Canera Catholic Church on May 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Graveside services will follow at Neosho Memorial Park Cemetery.
