Franklin 'Frankie' Wayne Hoagland was born on July 7, 1965 in Joplin, Missouri, one of two sons to Forrest and Sharon (Putnam) Hoagland.  He entered in to rest on June 3, 2023 in Joplin, Missouri at the age of 57.  Frankie was a lifelong area resident and attended Collegeview State School.  He is survived by his mother, Sharon Hoagland of Grove, Oklahoma; one brother, Tony Hoagland of Joplin, MO; a niece, Michelle (John) Chaney of Evansville, Indiana and numerous aunts, uncles and many cousins.  He is preceded in death by his father, Forrest, sister-in-law, Renee Hoagland, paternal grandparents, Frank and Maude Hoagland and maternal grandparents, Wayne and Merribell Putnam. Friends may call at the Clark Funeral Home Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 9 am until 5 pm.  Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023 at 11 am at the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin, Pastor Jim Pasley will officiate.
