Gretta E. 'Mitsie' Renick, age 94, of Neosho, Missouri, entered into rest on March 2, 2023.  Mitsie was born October 31, 1928 in Tacoma, Washington to Diamond F. and Floy E. (Pegg) Malfait.  She lived in San Diego, California, for many years, where she worked as an engineering analyst for General Dynamics, retiring after 28 years.  In 1984, she relocated to Neosho from California.  Mitsie was active in the community and was a member of Welcome Wagon, and Newcomer's Club, she volunteered with the Red Cross for thirty-five years, serving as chairman for thirty-two years, was a member and volunteer for GFOL and a lifetime member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.  On June 23, 1963, in Winterhaven, California, Mitsie married Richard Renick, and he preceded her in death on December 14, 2009.  She is survived by nieces and nephews, Roxanne Taylor, Kathy Cox, Shannon Jackman, Shelby Hansen, and Brad Hansen; a step-brother, Jack Nell, and many friends.  Services will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 2 pm at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Chaplain Joe Morris will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Neosho IOOF Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at a time of visitation from 1 pm until service time.
