Jeremy Daniel Phillips, age 55, of Monett, Missouri, passed away on October 29, 2026.

Born on November 25, 1970, in Joplin, Missouri, he was the beloved son of Daniel and Carolyn (Triebel) Phillips. Jeremy grew up in southwest Missouri and was a proud member of the East Newton High School graduating class of 1989. He dedicated many years of his career to his passion for mechanics, where his expertise in fixing automobiles was exemplified through his unwavering commitment to his work.

Outside of his professional life, Jeremy found immense joy in the great outdoors. He enjoyed countless hours pursuing his passions for hunting and dirt track racing. He was also known for his occasional visits to the casinos, which he approached with enthusiasm. Above all, Jeremy cherished the affectionate title of "Papa" from his grandchildren.

He is survived by his two children, Levi Phillips and wife Katy of Neosho, and Kayla Chavez and husband Brice of Oronogo; his parents, Daniel and Carolyn Phillips of Ritchey; his sister, Jaime Phillips of Stark City; his loving companion, Shirley Coker of Monett, and three grandchildren, Blakely, Scottie, and Jaxie, who brought him endless pride and joy.

A memorial visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, Missouri, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, where family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Jeremy's life and legacy.
