Johnie Eugene Price, Sr., age 88 of Neosho, entered into rest on June 11, 2023, in the comfort of his home.  Johnie was born March 11, 1935, in Strawberry, Arkansas and moved to Neosho in 1984 from Rockford, Illinois.  He was a long distance over the road truckdriver.  Johnie attended the Church of Hope in Neosho.  On February 19, 1955, Johnie and Patricia Ann Leuellen were united in marriage and shared 68 years together.  In addition to his wife, Johnie is survived by three sons, Randy (Linda) Price of Neosho, Brian (Donna) Price of Anderson, Johnie Price, Jr. of Neosho; one daughter, Karen Taylor of Neosho; eight grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Trenna Clark and son-in-law, Oscar (Bama) Taylor.  Services will be held at 10 am, Monday, June 19, 2023 at the Clark Funeral Home, Ira Hawkins will officiate.  Interment will be in the Spring Valley Cemetery, Tipton Ford, Missouri and serving as pallbearers will be Danny Price, Eli Bogenrief, Michael Price, and Chalynn Bogenrief, Gavin Price and Crystal Bourg. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9 am until service time.
