Judy Jackson of Webb City, Missouri, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2024. She was born August 5, 1937, in Joplin, Missouri, to Charles and Mary Kay (Saunders) Anderson. Judy lived most of her life primarily in the Neosho, Joplin, and Webb City areas and was a graduate of the Neosho High School Class of 1955.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Charlotte Dickey, her husband, Shelby Jackson, and two of her sons, Scotty Neese and Chris Neese.
Survivors include:
Her brother Bob Anderson (Sue) of Fort Myers, Florida, her son Steven Neese (Chrissy) of Wentzville, Missouri, her daughter Lee Ann Clark (Shawn) of Webb City, Missouri, and her stepdaughter Jan Dulaney (Tim) of Meridian, Idaho.
Her six grandchildren: Angela Powell (Brian) of Wentzville, Missouri, Candace Neese of St. Peters, Missouri, Haydn Neese (Korie) of Kansas City, Missouri, Alyssa Neese of Wentzville, Missouri, Charyssa Wirkus (David) of Wentzville, Missouri, and Mason Neese (Nashina) of Miami, Oklahoma.
Her five great-grandchildren: Tom, Alex, Emma, August, and Scottie.
Judy was the most selfless, caring, thoughtful, Jesus-in-her-heart, loving person. She loved like no other, prayed like no other, and encouraged like no other. She will be missed by her family and friends more than words can describe.
Visitation is being held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, Missouri, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Chapel of Joplin, located at 4899 East 7th Street, Joplin, Missouri, with Pastor Jeff Kingery officiating. Burial will follow at the IOOF Cemetery in Neosho. Pallbearers will be Steven Neese, Haydn Neese, Mason Neese, Shawn Clark, Jody Hendrix, and Ben Hendrix.
Contributions in memory of Judy may be made to the Calvary Chapel of Joplin, building fund.
