Katherine Jeanette Allen, Neosho, passed away suddenly on May 17, 2024, at the age of 56.  Katherine was the 10th child of eleven children, the daughter of Wayne and Wilma Hladky, born on January 1, 1968.  Katherine is preceded in death by her mother, Wilma and two sisters, Glenda and Nancy.  Glenda was very special to Katherine as she was there as a help and shoulder when needed, as Glenda tended to be for several of her siblings. Katherine was a loving friend, mother, sister, and daughter.  She cared about everyone around her and helped anyone that needed a helping hand.  She loved animals and loved to be outside and to work with her hands.  Katherine had two children who survive her, Elizabeth Cornell Wright and Ethan Cornell and six grandchildren, Elizabeth's children, Mattielee, Kylee, Lakota and Ashlyn.  In addition to her children, she is survived by her father, Wayne Hladky and eight siblings, Eldon Allen of Halfway, MO, Thomas Allen of Chilhowee, MO, Bonnie Leck of Thayer, Kansas, Kenneth Allen of Thayer, Kansas, Peggy Jurey of Republic, Missouri, Patricia Burleson of Freistatt, MO, Dennis Allen of Ark City, Kansas and Joey Hladky of Neodesha, Kansas.  She will be missed.
