Leslie Karen Kincaid, 55, of Diamond, Missouri, passed away at her home on April 18, 2025. She was born on June 17, 1969, in Dos Palos, California, to Albert Glenn and Lois Jean (Cones) Welch.

On May 26, 1990, Leslie married the love of her life, Robin Edgar Kincaid, in Ahwahnee, California. Their life together was filled with love, adventure, and shared passions.

Leslie had a deep and abiding faith and was a devoted member of the Church of God in Webb City, Missouri. Her love for God was reflected in her joy for singing hymns and in the way she lived her life—with kindness, strength, and compassion.

A lover of nature, Leslie found joy in birdwatching, especially her fondness for woodpeckers—recently thrilled to spot three different species. She also enjoyed lake fishing, particularly bass and crappie, and treasured the time she spent outdoors.

Leslie had a passion for traveling with her husband, Rob, exploring the beauty and history of the country together through visits to museums, gardens, and scenic destinations. She was an avid thrifter, always on the hunt for hidden treasures, and enjoyed sewing and quilting in her quiet moments.

Professionally, Leslie worked as a private caregiver, offering comfort and dignity to those she served—a reflection of her generous heart and caring nature.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robin Kincaid; two sisters, Vickie Jean Cain of Redding, California, and Barbara Ann Parker of Clovis, California; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly.

Leslie was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Lois Welch, and her brother, Glenn Welch.

A visitation will be held Monday, April 21, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories in Neosho, Missouri. A funeral service will follow on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., also at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories.  Graveside services will be held immediately following the funeral at Neosho Memorial Park Cemetery south of Neosho, Missouri.

Leslie's warmth, laughter, and love for the simple joys of life will be remembered always.
