Linda Ann Farrell entered into rest on August 11, 2023, in Carthage, Missouri, at the age of 73. She was born November 21, 1949, to Louis and Leora (Peters) Yates. She was a homemaker, and her hobbies were reading books like Laura Ingalls Wilder and Nancy Drew novels. Linda is survived by two sons, Stephen Farrell, of Neosho, Missouri, and Billy "BJ" Farrell, of Carterville, Missouri. Eleven grandchildren Eric Farrell, Alex Farrell, Tyler Adams, Genevieve Farrell, Javelin Farrell, Desiree Walls, Chris Farmer, Aaron Farmer, Brandon Farrell, Cameron Danley, and Kaylee Kinman. Additional survivors include five great-grandchildren and four siblings, Mary Parks, Charles Yates, Alice Hackworth, and Helen Kelly. She is preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, Pat Yates, Joan Myers, John Yates, and Chester Yates.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, August 18, 2023, at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Graveside with burial will follow at Peace Valley Cemetery in Anderson, MO.
