Linda Carol Keplar was born March 25, 1942, in Jasper County, Missouri, one of five children to Elmer and Bessie (Erskin) Latshaw.  She entered into rest on June 12, 2023, in Joplin, Missouri at the age of 81.  Linda was a homemaker and enjoyed smoking, watching westerns, drinking coffee, talking on the phone and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.  She attended the Church of Christ.  In 1968, Linda met her husband, Billy Edward Keplar, and he preceded her in death on August 12, 1993.  She is survived by a daughter, Lori Finch of Austin, Texas; three grand-daughters, Tabatha (Raul, Sr.) Saenz, Ruby Pease and Metha Slather; great grandchildren, Anahi, Carolina, Raul, Jr., Gary Birdsong, Jr., Colleen, Charles, Jr. and Parker; one sister, Stephanie Turney; nephews and niece, Les Turner, Chris Turney and Amy Daugherty and five great nieces and nephews and four great-great nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Billy Edward, Jr.; two brothers, Bobby Latshaw and Don Latshaw and an infant sister, Patricia Latshaw.
