Linda Jane Mosby, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, entered into rest on October 2, 2024, in Granby, Missouri, at the age of 77.  Linda was born on October 29, 1946, in Webb City, Missouri, one of three children to Loren and Bessie M. (Edgemond) Giles.  She was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Neosho High School in 1964.  She had worked at Big Smith and later at Wal-Mart in the sporting goods department and was a homemaker.  Linda enjoyed making brownies with her grandsons and was a Star Trek enthusiast.  On December 26, 1966, at the First Christian Church in Neosho, Linda and Omer Mosby were united in marriage and he preceded her in death on August 19, 2024.  Linda is survived by two children, Chris Mosby and Stacie Evans and husband, James, all of Neosho; three grandsons, Austin, Brandon and Cody Evans; two granddaughters, Rebecca and Amanda Mosby; one brother, Richard Giles of Diamond and one sister, Nancy Angel of Neosho.  In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a stepson, Brian Mosby.  At this time, no services are planned.
