Lora Jean Roy was born on May 12, 1947, in Neosho, Missouri, the daughter of Archie and Ilene Lora (Pollick) Weston.  She entered into rest on September 20, 2023, at the age of 76.  Lora was a lifelong area resident and a graduate of Neosho High School, class of 1965.  She was a homemaker.  Lora enjoyed knitting, crocheting, watching birds, and working in her flower gardens.  She was loved by her family and friends as well as adored by her dogs, Okey, Bug, Alice, and her cat Morty.  On April 25, 1969, in Miami, Oklahoma, Lora and Jack Roy were united in marriage and he survives.  In addition to her husband of fifty-four years, Lora is survived by two daughters, Stacia Livingston and husband, Scott of Rogers, Arkansas and Leslie Turner and husband, Jeremy of Mesa, Arizona; three grandchildren, Amber Batiste, Tyler Livingston, and Jackson Turner; one great grandchild, Quinton Batiste and her son-in-law, AJ Batiste.

At Lora's request no services will be held.  Cremation arrangements under the direction of Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, Missouri.
