Obituary

Manuel "Nuke" Clarkson, age 96, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2024, in Bolivar, Missouri. He was born in Afton, Oklahoma, on June 1, 1928, to Everett Clarkson and Dana (Brewer) Clarkson.

Manuel married Joyce Clarkson on February 10, 1965, in Miami, Oklahoma, and they shared many loving years together before her passing on December 16, 2021. He was a dedicated lineman for Kamo Electric in Neosho, Missouri, where he worked for over 35 years. Manuel was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Neosho.

He was a passionate coin collector for 30 years and cherished spending summers at Grand Lake with his family. His legacy continues through his son, Randy (Bobbi) Stockburger, and his daughter, Dana (Robert) Craker. He is also survived by six granddaughters, 15 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Mike Stockburger

No services are planned at this time, and cremation arrangements are under the care of Clark Funeral Home.
