Catherine 'Peggy' Judd was born August 11, 1928 in Pierce City, Missouri, one of six children to Leonidas W. and Ruby A. (Troy) Kelly.  She entered into rest on December 24, 2021 in the comfort of her home at the age of 93.  Peggy was a lifelong area resident and had worked at Buddy L, Neosho Products and retired from Sunbeam after twenty years of service.  She loved to quilt, sew and collect Precious Moments figurines.  She was a member of the Granby Methodist Church.  Peggy  and Carl David Judd were married on May 25, 1946 in Columbus, Kansas and after 74 years of marriage, he preceded her in death on July 10, 2020.  Peggy is survived by one daughter, Janet Oxford of Neosho; six sons, David Judd of Joplin, Gary (Sandy) Judd of Neosho, Larry (Kelly) Judd of Granby, Danny (Becky) Judd of Neosho, Mark (Lynn) Judd of Granby and Tim (Susie) Judd of Nevada; thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and one brother, Dean Kelly of Huntington Beach, California.  In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Rolline Judd; grandson, Robert Dennis Judd; three sisters, Mildred Evans, Wanda Fullerton and Maxine Teeples, who died on Dec. 26, 2021 and one brother, Marion Leon Kelly.
