Raymond Douglas Minton was born on March 17, 1964, in Piqua, Ohio, and entered into eternal rest on September 2, 2024, in Neosho, Missouri, at the age of 60.  Raymond moved to the Neosho area in April 2024 from Pennsylvania. He worked as a Kiln Manager for Missouri Walnut in Neosho.  He loved nature, the outdoors, and enjoyed a wide variety of music.  He cherished the time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Raymond married Lisa Jeanine (Wichert), who survives the home.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children; Holly Louise Walden and husband Eric, Joshua Ray Minton and wife Olivia, Jesse Nathaniel Minton and wife Samantha, and Samantha Madison Harper; four grandchildren, Ivy Hatfield, Albert Minton, Easton Walden, and Juniper Minton; his mother Nancy Marie Minton; siblings, Tammy Whitacre and husband Bob, Cathy Dunn, Angela Herron and husband Tim, Brian McKillip and wife Jackie, Bruce McKillip, Sam Minton and wife Amy, and Mark Minton and wife Jessica; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family who will miss him tremendously.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert L. Minton & Thelma Louise (Fisher) Minton and brother, John J. Minton.  The family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date.
