Robert Parsons was born October 27, 1941, in Newton County, Missouri.  He entered into rest on September 27, 2023, at Granby, Missouri at the age of 81.  Robert was a lifelong area resident and had worked at Pillsbury Foods in Joplin.  He was an avid baseball fan.  Robert is preceded in death by his son, Brian Parsons; his parents, Dovis and Fern (Eshom) Parsons and two sisters, Betty Gibson and Barbara Cummins.
