Robert Kevin Ray, Mt. Vernon, Missouri, was born on June 5, 1964 in Monett, Missouri, and entered into rest on June 20, 2023 in Joplin, Missouri, at the age of 59.  Robert had worked in the construction industry and currently resided in Mt. Vernon, Missouri.  He was a Christian and attended the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Mt. Vernon.  Robert was an excellent cook, an avid fisherman, had a great sense of humor and was an all around good person.  Robert is survived by his mother, Nancy Ann Pryor of Neosho; step-dad, Bud Renkoski of Pioneer, Missouri; siblings, Sarah Renkoski of Joplin, Larry Renkoski of Florida, Cheryl Renkoski of Pioneer, Missouri and Andrew Renkoski of Pioneer, Missouri and numerous nieces, nephews and other family who loved him dearly.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Grandma and Grandpa Swaffar and a nephew, Isaac Pendergraft.
