Obituary

Stanley Bruce Malotte was born on July 4, 1957, in Stella, Missouri, to Nelmer Malotte and Dorthy (Johnson) Malotte. He entered into rest on November 1, 2026, at the age of 69, in Carthage, Missouri, following an extended illness. He spent his entire life in the area and graduated from Neosho High School in 1975 before attending Crowder College.

Stanley enjoyed many things in life, including playing baseball, watching his favorite sports teams, and reading books. However, one of his greatest joys was his faith. He was a devoted Christian who loved spending hours reading his Bible and sharing Bible stories with others. His faith was an important part of his life, and he found great joy in sharing it with those around him.

Stanley is survived by his three sisters, Carrie Schlueter, Nancy (Larry) McIlvaine, and Betty Cooper, all of Neosho, Missouri; and one brother, Rory (Tammy) Malotte of Aurora, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelmer and Dorthy Malotte; and two brothers, Wilmer Malotte and Carl Malotte.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, Missouri. A graveside service will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Hazel Green Cemetery in the Boulder City community, officiated by Brad Vickery.

Arrangements are under the care of Clark Funeral Homes in Neosho, Missouri.
