Starsin Jessie Diopulos was born on October 6, 1967, in Pohnpei, Micronesia, the son of Stekos Diopulos and Ehka Jessie Diopulos.  He entered into rest on September 11, 2024, in Joplin, Missouri, at the age of 56.  Starsin graduated high school in Pohnpei and in 1984, moved to Hawaii to attend college at Pacific University.  He later moved to Nebraska and managed No Frills Grocery Store.  He moved to Joplin, Missouri in 2006 and worked as a utility person and machine operator at General Mills for over fifteen years.  Starsin was a member of the FMCC Church in Neosho and he enjoyed watching football and being with his family.  He met his wife, Amyrose on December 17, 2004, and she survives of the home.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Mandylene Diopulos, Darlene Diopulos and Natasha Diopulos; brothers, Stanley, Stensky and Hartney Diopulos; one sister, Ekarihne Handy and numerous other family and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Mario Jessie, Klasthin, Steksin, Stacklen and Snyder Diopulos and one sister, Hayleen Osaias.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am, Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the FMCC Church, 13752 AA Highway, Neosho, Missouri.  Interment will follow in the Howard Cemetery, Goodman, Missouri.
