William Neil Balch, 64, of Stark City, Missouri, passed away on August 13, 2023. He was born on April 18, 1959, in Pomona, California, to James Edward Balch and Heidi (Streich) Balch. He moved to Southwest Missouri from California in 1992. He was a farmer raising cattle and poultry. William married Sheila Shook on October 7, 1987, and she survives. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by his 11 children; Sarah Rose, Zechariah (Cindy) Balch, Hannah (Trevor) Klein, James (Brittni) Balch, Jedidiah (Amy) Balch, Luke (Lacey) Balch, Micah Balch, Jesaiah Balch, Julia Balch, Danijel Balch, and Elijah Balch.  Eighteen grandchildren and two brothers, Bob (Lisa) Balch and Gary Balch. He was preceded in death by his parents.

His loving family expresses that he was the best husband and father in the whole world, an extremely kind man and loved by all.
